BEFORE APPLYING FOR A COMPETITON

Store and manage Your Data in an easy-to use place in the Cloud! At www.rover-tracking.com in the Profile menu, You can register all the important data that are required for the competiton, all in one place.

Prepare Your PR communication! In Your Profile Menu, You can upload Your photos, Your car, Promote your Club, your Sponsor, or just write about yourself in the Abour Me menu. These will be instantly available for all event that you apply for, when someone opens your "About Me" profile there. 

Apply for Events in one click! If an Event organizer is managing the Competiton with Rover-tracking, You can register in a single click. All You need to do, is to allow the transfer of the necessary data to the event organizer in a single click, complying with all GDPR rules. That's All.

If You change any of Your Data in the Profile menu, the system will manage the changes in All events, that You have already applied for.

Downloads. You can forget that you need to remember where is your registry form, the confirmation email, the map of the competiton, your receipt for payments, meal tickets, entry documents, parking tickets, and the receipt you will need to get your t-shirt for the event. At the Rover-tracking website, You will find everything in one place.

ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR AN EVENT

Prepare Your Team!  Even if You arrive for each Event with a different Team, You can still manage everything in one place, at the website. Invite them through rover-tracking, manage their rights and tasks, and prepare their Tickets as well, as the Team Leader. 
  

Use the App as the Event-logger!  During the races, the app is registering  the track, your Declared Goals and Marking with Flag data, as an official logger and regularly sends these data to the server. This competition related data is instantly processed by the Scoring Module, allowing the public to follow the event, and scores in real time! 

CHAT: If you are a registered participant in an Event, You have access to the Chat with all other participants.

These messages are accessed by every participant, but is Closed from the Public. After the Event, the website is closed, and the chat is deleted.

 BULLETINS: The Event Organizer, and Director have the right to make Official Announcements. The System logs the time, when your device receives these Bulletins. On the Bulletin, there is an I AGREE button. After reading, you Must accept it, by clicking the I AGREE button. Your confirmation is also logged. This form of official communication is saved to the Official Documents of the Event.

Prevent Penalties! The Event Organizer can define PZ - Prohibited Zones, and  SLZ - Speed Limit Zones. The app will visualize these Zones for you on the map, helping You in Avoiding penalty points.

Are You in trouble? If during competition, you send an Emergency Signal, it is delivered to Your Emergency Contact, ALL nearby rover-tracking users within an 50 km range,  as well as the  Event organizers. 

Edit the Competition Gallery online! With the help of the App, You can upload photos to the Event Gallery, defining with a single click, who can view them!

Organizing and managing a Land Rover Event is the same job as managing a company or a large project.

The Rover-tracking System helps you with many things. Here are a few examples:





COMMUNICATION  

PR, Marketing and Publicity: As part of the Rover-tracking System, you will have your own Event sub-website. You can communicate with the public and sponsors on the public pages. Use it as if you had built it!

Event internal communication: the Event sub-website also connects you with Competitors and Officials on closed platforms. You can build different user groups, you can decide on their rights. You can send emails to groups and upload downloadable documents to them.

Bulletins: As an Organizer and Director, you have the ability to publish Bulletins. These will reach the applications of the participants as an official announcement. The System will show you when the applications received these buletins, so that participants can already know their contents. You can set to wait for confirmation when sending. Participants can then use the "Confirm" button to indicate that they have officially acknowledged the Bulletin. You can easily review who received and confirmed the Bulletins of the Event.

DATA MANAGEMENT

Storing and updating data: You do not have to manage the data of the participants. They manage this on their own Profile page, and you get this information from them within the closed system.If someone has changed their own data, the System will notify you. The system gives you security, it perfectly complies with GDPR rules.

Order management: You have the ability to manage competitors' orders through the System. Collect the submitted applications online, store them in one place. If you need to generate spreadsheets from these, you can do so with a single click.

Management of purchases and payments: The Rover-tracking System also offers you the option of allowing competitors to pay for their order with a credit card when submitting their orders. In this case, the invoice is also issued automatically. The money paid will be transferred to you altogether with the details of the purchase.

Status reports, summary tables: Online you can see where the organization and processes are going. You can see reports about your data, you can filter, aggregate, export and save.

Generating Documents: You can easily generate documents based on samples from up-to-date data in the System. Create custom invitation letters, access cards, parking permits, etc. with one click. With a few more clicks, you can print them, email them by name, or save them to a contestant's individual Download folder.

EVENT AND TASK MANAGEMENT: 

Supplies: You can compile packages that can be received by participants. (maps, stickers, admission cards, meal tickets, markers, parking permits, etc.) These will be digitally signed by the participants in the application, and you can see the summaries online.

Predefined zones and points: In the Event map you can predefine zones, areas, points, selectable targets. You are free to use them and send them to competitors' applications. These Zones can be Speed Limits, Prohibited Zones, Targets for tasks, etc...

Online / delayed  tracking: Officials tracks all competitors online in real time. The Pilots and their own Crew follow their own position online. At the competition, the public can follow all the contestants on the website with a delay you set (e.g. 10-30 min).

PDG, Drop Marker: The PDG and Electronic marker drop clicks are also stored in the app. These are transferred to the server as soon as the application can send data. This way you can track the work of the competitors online, in almost real-time.

Scoring: Digital data and tracks are available online for scoring. This data is transmitted to the server via a closed and encrypted channel by the Captains and Measuring Team members' applications.

Publishing results: You can share the preliminary results and lists with the officials and competitors groups, or even with the public.
Official results and lists may appear on a separate page.

Comments, Questions, Protests: Competitors may send their questions, comments and protests to the Officials online. These are archived and saved by the System. You also have the option to pay the protest fees immediately through the app or the website. Officials' responses and Jury's decisions will also be archived. These will be sent to the competitors according to the rules.
